Qualifications:

• Has demonstrated ability to organize and supervise a total sports program

• Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport(s) (preferred by not necessary)

• Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and at the same time must continue to examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.

A track assistant coach assists with practices and meets. Must be able to be at practice from 3:20-4:45 daily, and from 3:20-7 on meet days.
